1. What information we collect about you

You should know that there are two types of information we collect about funticket.ro users:

a) “Personal information” – that information that can identify you and may include, for example, your name and surname, address, telephone number or email address.

b) “Information that cannot personally identify you” – information that usually refers to the computer or mobile device from which funticket.ro services are accessed, but which does not identify you personally. This information may include, but is not limited to, the web pages you have visited, the services you have accessed, the advertisements (adverts) sent to you, the transaction history, the IP address, information about your Internet connection, etc.

Making a ticket purchase

If you make a purchase of tickets through funticket.ro, we will collect the information we need to complete your order and we will notify you about the status of your order (if applicable). We will also notify you of any change, (rescheduling, cancellation or postponement) of the venue for which you purchased a ticket.

Funticket.ro user account

If you are 16 years of age or older, you can choose to register on funticket.ro to obtain a user account, by accessing the “My Account” section of the site. You only need a funticket.ro account if you want to receive notifications about the venue you purchased a ticket for, to receive information about other venues that may interest you, and to have a purchase history inside your account. However, you can still purchase a ticket even if you choose not to create an account. The funticket.ro user account is created based on the establishment of contact details (name, surname, valid e-mail, valid phone number, address). All contact details are necessary for us to be able to send you the ticket in electronic format and to offer the possibility to identify you correctly. Situations in which it is necessary to identify you and validate your identity could occur in case of a refund of the ticket value, in case of postponement, cancellation or because, for personal reasons, you can no longer reach an event and you will request a refund, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of funticket.ro.

If you decide to pay by card you understand and agree that:

• You will leave the funticket.ro interface and you will be redirected to the payment processor interface with the euPlatesc card;
• Any data you enter in the euPlatesc site / interface will be subject to the Eu Platesc Privacy Policy;
• Data entered in the euPlatesc site / interface will be saved by Eu Platesc within the European Community;
• Eu Platesc will be responsible for processing the data provided by you in the euPlatesc site / interface.

Correspondence

If you contact us for any reason (for example, to report an error on the website), we may keep a record of this correspondence, which may include personal data.

Use of our services / Marketing messages from funticket.ro

Please note that funticket.ro may collect sensitive personal information while providing services for you. Funticket.ro may collect information about your use of our services. We may also collect information about the marketing messages we send you and how you respond to them.

2. How we collect information about you

We collect information about you in two ways:

a) Directly – when you register on the funticket.ro website; when you subscribe to a newsletter; when you buy tickets to the venues listed on the site, when you contact us and ask for an answer or when you interact directly with us. Therefore, it is very important to remember that if other people use your computer / mobile device, you must log out when completing the navigation section. Otherwise, anyone with access to your devices will automatically have access to all the information you have provided to us.

b) Automatically – when you use funticket.ro online services, we collect information through cookies and by logging your activity. For more information on the use of cookies, please consult the information on the site.

In addition, if you have previously provided us with personal information, we may automatically associate that information with other information that we collect from your user account whenever you log in, so that we can identify you on multiple devices and browsers, giving you the same browsing experience, regardless of the environment you connect to.

Please note that you can ask us at any time to delete your funticket.ro account, by sending us an email at contact [at] funticket.ro. Once you ask us for this, you will no longer be able to access your funticket.ro account, nor the information saved based on it (for example, information about your tickets already purchased in the past). Although your account will be deleted, we will keep certain information only for the purpose of answering any questions / requests of any kind that you may have in the future. Please bare in mind that there is no option for deleting your own account from within the account dashboard, it has to be done by us.

3. How we use information about you

We (and our service providers, plus the representatives of the venues we collaborate with) may use the information we collect about you for a variety of purposes. For example, we can use this information:

a) to provide you with the services and / or products you have requested;
b) for creating a funticket.ro user account;
c) for personalizing the services we offer you;
d) for personalizing the advertising we show you;
e) to respond to your requests and comments;
f) to inform you about any modifications of certain events or circumstances happening at the venues for which you have already purchased a ticket;
g) in order to be able to offer you technical support related to our services / products;
h) to be able to communicate announcements and administrative messages to you;
i) to send you the ticket (via e-mail only).

4. How and with whom we exchange information about you

We may share personal information about you with third parties, such as aggregate data and information about using funticket.ro services. We may also share information about you, in the form in which we have collected it in various forms, in accordance with the provisions of this Confidentiality Policy and in the following situations, with:

a) Service providers: to perform certain functions related to the activity of funticket.ro: For example, our service providers may provide services such as research, analysis, hosting, creating, and maintaining our websites, transactions, database maintenance, provision of technological services and platforms, deliveries and payment processing. Usually, when we provide these companies with personal information, we take special care to share only those information that these companies need to perform their functions, expressly stating that this information can only be used when it is necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. Similarly, when appropriate, we take steps to require our service providers to protect the personal information you transmit.

b) Locations, venues, operators, event organizers: We may provide information (including information about your identity) to organizers, venue operators and venue promoters so as to allow you access to the premises (or the venue itself) or to resolve any issues of your participation / reservation. They will only use your personal data for the purposes legally defined.

c) Mobile, electronic or other device applications: We may share information (including information about your personal identity and how you use mobile applications or applications for electronic devices) with mobile operators, technology providers, service providers analysis or operators of platforms, operating systems or other mobile, electronic devices or other applications developed for specific devices.

d) Sale of our business or assets: if we sell all or part of the company / assets, or are involved in a merger or transfer of the business, we may, in our sole discretion, transfer or assign the information in part or in whole to a third party partly or as a party or in connection with that transaction. Following such a transfer, the privacy policies of the recipient entity may govern the subsequent use and collection of personal information.

e) Legal reasons: We may use or disclose the information, in whole or in part, to cooperate with or support law enforcement, governmental or regulatory bodies, content protection organizations or legal proceedings in connection with or to prevent suspected or possible fraud. We may also use or disclose information that we deem appropriate to the extent that the records have been cited or in connection with ongoing or potential litigation, or to enforce or protect the rights or safety of users of online services.

5. Children

The online services are not designed or intended for use by children under the age of 13 and, therefore, if you are under the age of 13, please do not use the funticket.ro services, respectively do not provide us with personal information. If we find that we have mistakenly collected such information, then, to the extent required by law, we will remove this information from our records. 7. Your rights and choices

Mobile applications

The download of the funticket.ro application for mobile devices is made from the specialized stores of each operating system (eg iOS, Android). During the installation process, depending on the operating system of the device, you will be asked for acceptance for various data to share with us: location, push notification, etc. You can choose to accept or not these options. You can give up the funticket.ro mobile application at any time by uninstalling it from the operating system. In order to validate your access to an event by presenting the tickets in the application, you need to show us the email received at the moment of purchase. Please bare in mind that you can’t show us your tickets from within the application, as the application does not store this kind of information in it’s database. We recommend that you do not log in with your Funticket.ro account on devices that do not belong to you, because you cannot control at the device level what happens to your data later, even if you log out.

Access and correction

If necessary, we offer online visitors access to their personal information and the opportunity to review, update and correct it. Retention and deletion of data

We may retain your data as long as you use the funticket.ro services for a reasonable period of time thereafter. Funticket.ro services may contain links to third party sites or services. In some cases, we may incorporate into the Funticket.ro Services a content feed, a video player or another application from a third party company, and these feeds or applications may appear to be part of our services, even if they are provided or broadcasted by a third party. If you access another website or any other such services, even those that may contain the logo of Funticket.ro or are framed by the services Funticket.ro, please understand that the operators of these sites or services may collect information from you or may place / read cookies, which will be used by them in accordance with their own privacy practices, which may be different from ours. We are not responsible for, endorse, or control the policies or practices of such sites or services. You should always read the Privacy and /or Confidentiality Policy of any site or service you access carefully to understand the practices of using the information.

From time to time, we may review this confidentiality policy. If we make revisions regarding the way we collect or use personal data, we will notify you of these changes by: (1) either announcing the change of Funticket.ro services or (2) taking other actions, as we deem appropriate in these circumstances., including, without limitation, the online publication of the revised version of this Confidentiality Policy.
