The choice between rescheduling or cancellation is inevitable in the context of measures taken by the authorities to combat the spread of COVID-19, this is not attributable to the organizer of the event, nor to the company (sc abiogenesis abyss srl). The organizers of the respective events are the ones who have the power to decide on the return of the money on the purchased tickets and the conditions in which this return operation takes place. Our company is an intermediary that acts only within the limits of the mandate granted by the event organizers, does not make decisions regarding the cancellation / rescheduling of events, nor regarding the return of the ticket price. In accordance with the emergency ordinance no. 70 of 14 May 2020 on regulating measures in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, for events to be held during the period in which the right to organize events is suspended by the decision of their organizers and not FUNTICKET. ro (SC ABIOGENESIS ABYSS SRL) (including the period March 8 – September 30, 2020, but not limited to it) the following rules shall apply:

1. In case of rescheduling the event, the purchased access ticket can be used for the new date, the buyer benefiting from all the rights conferred by the access ticket on the date of rescheduling the event. The date of rescheduling the event cannot exceed September 30, 2021.

2. In case of cancellation of the event or in case of impossibility to use the access ticket on the date of rescheduling the event, the participant will receive from the organizer a voucher for the full amount paid to the organizer, voucher to be used to purchase products or services offered by the organizer , according to a regulation communicated by the organizer.

3. If the voucher is not used for the purchase of products or services by September 30, 2021 at the latest, the organizer will reimburse all amounts received from the consumer until December 31, 2021.

4. The organizer has the obligation to offer a period of at least 30 days to the ticket buyer to choose between keeping the ticket valid for the rescheduled event or transforming it into a voucher. After the expiration of the 30 days, the ticket automatically becomes valid for the rescheduled edition of the event.
